Open for lunch Mon - Fri, dinner served nightly. Dishes range from bargain-priced family dinners of Chinese standards to duck tongues. As the name suggests, seafood takes center stage in this pleasant dining room. An extensive menu includes clams in black bean sauce, shrimp and walnuts in a creamy sauce, and steamed sole flavored with fresh ginger and cilantro.
