Toot's closed for business on October 1st. It was a sad day in Chicago. They plan to open a new store next year at a different location. - Babs, 10/17/2006

Toot's is a neighborhood favorite for fast food. Located at Montrose and Central, they seem to get a lot of business from people from the area and people waiting for the next bus. Their food is great! - NWsider, 08/24/2000
