Specializing in Northern Thai specialties, this restaurant derives its name from the type of rice eaten with each meal in this region of the country. Popular dishes include Northern Thai Sausage, a grilled concoction of homemade pork sausage mixed with red curry paste and spicy herbs, and kow soy, a dish made with egg noodles and a choice of beef or chicken in a coconut milk-curry soup.
