The Soul Kitchen is an awesome experience -- from the Berry White martinis to Al Green and soulful tunes humming in the background to the excellent cajun cuisine to the cool red plush decor. Never had a meal here that wasn't mouth-watering. Love it! - anonymous, 01/20/2002

is terrible. Not only was the owner extremely rude to me when I asked about a table, but the bartender conveniently applied an 18% gratuity to my bar tab. Needless to say, I did not stay for dinner and will not return. - Mark, 03/14/2001
