Very hungry diners can try the 'Smoke Daddy Sampler', a humongous plate of rib tips, baby back ribs, and spare ribs. Vegetarian tag-alongs won't be disappointed with the veggie burger and sides such as sweet-potato fries. Live music starts nightly at 10 pm and can make conversation difficult. One of the pleasure I've enjoyed over the last few years is a stop at Max's Smoke Daddy for a hamburger and some good music. Some of the memories: Max allowing me to play some blues on his 'stage' while customers walk in right next to me. Good food and beer one night with a group of
