Expanding on the success of Lincoln Square's Spoon Thai restaurant, owners Chai and Vanna Gumtrontip have expanded their operation to Rush Street. A fusion of Thai and Japanese cuisine produces dishes such as an attractive red snapper sashimi and crispy onions, and grilled pork maki accompanied by papaya salad.
