Before I begin, your listing category for this restaurant is incorrect. It does not serve Vietnamese food; it is a Korean restaurant. Seo Hae is the best Korean restaurant in Chicago I've tried. It reminds me the most of my mom's home cooking. The owners and servers are super friendly and helpful and willing to accomodate the customers. Everyone I have taken to Seo Hae has loved it - even my sister, who doesn't really like Korean food. They have booths with grill stations so you can cook your own meats and they bring you plenty of banchan (or however you spell it in English)- side dishes - the mark of a true Korean restaurant. - K.B., 12/16/2002
