Roeser's Bakery is the best bakery for cakes hand's down. I have nevery seen such detail and craftmanship in a cake. I have used them as my bakery every year for my own birthday and all 4 of my children. My Sister was married 1993 and Roeser's bakery made such a beautiful 4 tier Strawberry filled cake wonderfully tasting cake I have very had. I would not use anyone else.
