WOW!!! i recently moved back from Arizona to find one of my favorite Cafes CLOSED!!! I would of never thought that Racine Cafe would of ever closed it's doors. I would stop in the morning on the way to work and order their famous "Breakfast Bum" sandwich or one of the "Breakfast Specials". The great food and friendly service made Racine Cafe a unique dining experience! - D'Anne, 10/24/2010

I have fond memories of the Racine Cafe, while i worked in the west loop the only eatery that served super food with great prices, was Racine Cafe. I miss the aroma of the breakfast cooking in the morning when i would stop for my daily breakfast "Bum Sandwich" and coffee...the lunches were out of this world "Old school" classics that even president Obama would have enjoyed!!! - brh95@hotmail.com, 01/14/2009

It has been a few years since the Racine Cafe closed it's doors, it was a great place to dine for breakfast and lunch. My friends and i would meet there every morning. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very friendly. Friday



nights was "free pizza" at the bar,along with great drinks it made my day! I still work in the area and wish that Racine Cafe would reappear.
