The Fountain Room: Elegant dining, fabulous water show, stellar service and live music nightly. Start out with tuna tar tar, duck pate, the lobster martini, or snow crab claws; entrees ($19-32) include New York Strip, grilled mahi mahi, chateaubriand, veal oscar, chicken cordon bleau, roasted duckling, lobster thermador, chicken stroganoff, and seared diver scallops. Recommended: the stuffed pork chop is fabulous. Good selection of martinis, single malt scotches, and bourbons. Wine by the glass ($9-11) also. Music feature: Fridays, sophisticated 7-piece band, 3 vocalists, and tap dancer. Open Mon-Fri 11am-2:30pm; Mon-Sat 5pm-Midnight.

Lunch in the bar area features a crab cake sandwich, grouper sandwich, meatloaf, french dip, strip steak sandwich, and the half pound ground round burger. Sandwiches are served with steak fries. Salads and soups also; prices range from $8-14 (lunch menu). Fresh catch of the day is also served along with the lunch menu. - sys, 02/01/2001
