Chef/owner John Bubala has transformed Thyme's menu to Italian, and has translated the restaurant's name to its Italian equivalent, Timo. Dishes (entrees around $22) include risotto with sausage and wood-fired pork shank. Timo is open for dinner Tues-Sun. - Alotta, 05/08/2006
