I love Pete's Pizza. It's my favorite Pizza and i recomment it to anyone that wants a true Chicago Style Pizza! - Jeff, 03/01/2010
Seriously worst possible service ever. Used to get delivery and it was ok, the lady on the pphone was always rude and brainless. I complained about not getting my fries with my meatball sandwich asked to speak to manager i was put on hold for 5 minutes, spoke to the manager, although he was polite and trying to be helpful, he expected me to wait another hour to get my fries? What a bout a simple $2 credit. Bad service, not the best food quality. - Manz, 07/10/2008
Well, first off, its not a family place.<> Secondly, the food is good. not great, not bad. If you want to be mistreated by the waitresses, go to the last bastion of non-smoke free, non- filtered, no
ventilation restaurants and experience the joy of going into a bathroom without it being clean, (graffiti, no hot water, holes in the counters, mold in all the tile, mud and stuff all over the floor, loose toilet seats and camera holes!, yes look around when you go there) and have a bunch of police officers throw the f-bomb around you while your family experiences the joys of blasting music, and I am not even going to comment furthur on the music, one serving of bread, no re-fills, nobody to take a drink order if you sauntered up to the bar which is dusty and dirty and people who obviously are so hungry for good Italian in Chicago that they would venture into anywhere, then GO Here. Otherwise, buy a can of Franco American (now known as Cambell's) Spaghetti and a some Parm cheese from Jewel and fry it with alot of butter, it'll be better than the tasteless meatballs and pasta, Nolo-, Al Dente, pasta doesn't happen here. Didn't eat the pizza, no such thing as gravy here, sauce was an obvious mass produced, did I mention how crappy the service was ? very crappy. one star, I was very hungry. - Jimmy D, 10/30/2007
WOW~WOW~ best pizza ever and this place is better than Father and Son. We will be moving to Indiana and will still come back for the pizza. Thanks for great service. - gtoguy1@hotmail.com, 08/11/2007
The best Pizza in Chicago!!!! I just moved to Lakeveiw and ordered from Pete's on Western and Addison. I have tried others but no pizza can come close. The crust and the sauce is amazing and the cheeses rocks!!!! I love Pete's. - John, 05/08/2007
Pete's used to be the best pizza in Chicago. After the Canale's sold it the recipes changed and quality has suffered. My friends and relatives used to come to Chicago and first thing we'd get a Pete's pizza. Sorry, but the changes haven't been for the better. I know ,I used to deliver for Pete's for several years. - used to love it, 11/23/2006
Pete's is the best Pizza in Chicago hands down. I never ate in there before, but the delivery is fast and the food stays hot. You definatly will be full after it. Recomend for anyone! - Alex, 11/03/2006
I have had nothing but great experiences with Pete's. The pizza is great! I recommend extra sauce as there sauce kicks butt. Also, the panzarotti is even better than the pizza!!! - Cathy, 09/10/2006
Great pizza! The crust was nice and crispy, and the ingredients were fresh! Excellent! - -Marisol, 07/14/2006
WE HAVE BEEN ORDERING PIZZA FROM PETE'S FOR YEARS NOW AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPOINTED. HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST IN CHICAGO. THE LASAGNA IS ALSO EXCELLENT. DELIVERY IS ALWAYS PROMPT AND THE STAFF IS ALWAYS COURTEOUS. - ROD BAKER//JIM KRUEGER, 06/18/2006
We came from Plainfield to enjoy Pete's pizza and left very disappointed. It was super hot and humid inside. My son was sweating so much I had to take most of his clothes off. I spoke with the manager Gabriella and she was no help at all. Very rude! - Marisol, 03/13/2006
