I visited Chicago over Easter and I heard Catherine playing at the Piano. That woman was the best entertainment in all Chicago. I found myself going there everynight to hear her. Michael Laird at Palette's is one of the best: great manner, excellent voice, and excellent pacing and song selections. Also willing to accommodate my unknown singing voice. I visited Palette's last summer and still think about the



experience. Very unassuming from the outside, but inside...it was without a doubt, the most beautiful and elegant restaurant I've seen. The ambiance was absolutely superb and the service was top notch too. I would revisit this place anytime I was in Chicago. Highly recommended. - Diane, 04/18/2000
