Just a quick note to let you know that our service last night (Aug 17, '02) at the Mall of Americas (MN) was superior. Our waitress (whose name is not on my copy of the bill) was professional, and the seating host (Sterling) was both courteous and efficient- despite the near chaos at the front door (with a number of parties arriving at the same time). Having worked for the Walt Disney World Guest Relations Department, I realize the importance of feedback- whether positive or negative. Kudos to you and your staff.
