A recent makeover featuring shades of green has transformed a stark decor to a warmer-feeling dining area. A constantly changing menu features Asian and globally influenced cuisine available in 5 to 17 courses, at a set price. Food, served in small portions, is fussily presented to the point where the restaurant has patented serving dishes and the waitstaff injects rice balls with a syringe of sweet-and-sour sauce. Recent additions to the presentation toolbox include lasers. Though many diners would go there again, this spot is certainly not for everyone. Moto is open for dinner Tues-Sat. - Alotta, 05/08/2006
