Located in the Whitehall Hotel, this subtly lit, cozy room with animal-skin accents paves the way for seasonal American cuisine with a Mediterranean flair. Starters include smoked trout hash with charred potatoes, peppers, and poached egg. Entree offerings are on the lighter side, and include roasted filet au poivre accompanied by black peppercorn, as well as pancetta-wrapped barbecued prawns. A make-your-own dessert plate includes scaled-down portions of creme brulee, carrot cake, blueberry pie, and more.
