Pacific Northwest cuisine includes duck spring rolls, salmon, and soy glazed fillet. Excellent wine selection. The menu for our Valentine's visit included sashimi and grilled prawn won ton appetizers ($9); entrees ($19-34) included beef tenderloin, venison over spinach and potatoes, salmon, seared tuna, and a lentil crepe dish. In addition to an award-winning wine list, an intimate dining room and outdoor dining garden set the stage for delicious contemporary American cuisine. Menu items include signature ahi poki which is diced tuna topped with fried wontons and chopped seaweed, and daily specials like elk and rabbit dishes.
