Call for hours. This elegant, yet casual, restaurant features a seafood menu that changes daily. A great spot for business meetings or gatherings among friends. - sys, 10/18/2002
This has been a favorite Chicago destination since its arrival in the late 1990s. A constantly changing menu features an abundance of fresh seafood, flown in daily from across the globe. Items range from whitefish and sole to thresher shark, and include everything in between. Surf and turf chicken available; all meals include large side helpings such as grilled veggies and mashed potatoes. Wines available from a mostly American list. Those wishing to avoid the din of happy diners can try for a table in back by the curtained booths. Save room for a yummy dessert! Open daily for lunch and dinner. - Alotta, 09/13/2005
the $2 menu is the best! i have it at least once a week, and never regretted it once! - daniello, 06/25/2001
Tuesday night I took my two grown sons to your restaurant at Reston Towne Center. One son had scallops with basil and thought it was very nice. The other son and
I had choippino and it was terrible. I had several closed clams and the mussels that I have had at that restaurant were off in flavor where they have been good in the past. The Dungeness crab tasted old and was salty. We were in a hurry and did not protest, but I was angry all the next day that we had such poor meals at such a high price. - rozelm, 09/13/2005
A Must Eat Restaurant!! I get to Chicago several times a year on business and we ALWAYS make time to go to McCormick and Schmick's. In a word... Fantastic! - David M, 09/13/2005
Best seafood meal my wife and I have EVER had. Blackened swordfish with crawfish coulis was simply to die for - so juicy - just perfect. My wife's Seafood newburg was also perfect - so rich, creamy and a sheer delight. Combine both dishes with appetizers of barely seared tuna (again perfect - done in an asian manner) as well as shrimp quesadilla (best ques. I've EVER had); and the result is a fantastic dinner. Add 2 desserts and 2 bottles of wine - the total bill? Just over $100. Fantastic value! - Fred and Barb K, 09/05/2000
