The cashew chicken is ON FIRE! Everything is always fresh, consistantly & perfectly prepared to perfection and they never run out of anything, always much to offer, as thier portions are quite generous for the average person. This is a Chinese restaurant, not American. The food is fantastic, mostly Szechuan, the vegetable pot stickers are out of this world. The sesame crispy chicken is amazing. The decor is nice for a moderately priced Chinese restaurant and service is excellent. - sreddel, 04/05/2000
