Mantou will feature various types of man tou, snacks, noodles, rice, sides, and a raw bar. The menu will include barbecue pork, chicken and vegetable steamed buns, at $6 each. One of the snacks is House Blend Curried Mussels spiced with cilantro oil, lime leaf and a grilled baguette. The Country Style Dumplings are made of pork, scallions, black vinegar, and chili oil. For $11, Udon noodles paired with braised Berkshire pork in a simmered pork broth with ginger and scallion oil. There is also a Japanese Steak and Eggs with oyster mushrooms, fried garlic, chili oil, and topped with a poached egg. Customers can also select a Sweet Potato Curry made of Berkshire pork, cilantro, and crushed peanuts. The side choices are seasonal pickles and chilies, table salad, several rice options including brown, Jasmine, and sushi. All entrees are under $13.
