Be sure to have a backup in mind, as this place sees a lot of traffic. No reservations. HOURS : MON - FRI 11am - 2am ; SAT 10am - 3am ; SUN 10am - 2am. - wm, 12/31/2010

We stopped in on Tuesday at 7pm and were lucky to get the last seats available at the bar. The bartender was overwhelmed .. our choice beer was tapped out (we chose a Saison instead) .. then we ordered food.

Bone marrow, with toast, a jelly sauce and salt on the side. This is our first venture into marrow territory, we though it was kind of like suet (Google it).

Then, the skirt steak - done RARE. With corn on the side, and one butter-filled ravioli (no marrow in this one). Really a challenge to eat - not something we'd recommend.

Other dishes spied - the burger comes in a sea of fries .. no one under 200 lbs can hope to eat that many. The duck egg (with sausage) small plate looked promising.
