Have you ever been to a pizza place that was out of pizza? Saturday night was my first experience! Customer service was at an all time low- awful hostess and waitress. Unbelievable!!! I have had similar experiences at this restaurant before, but never bad enough not to come back. I will definitely not be returning to this particular Leona's and will avoid the several other locations if possible. - Marci Hughes, 12/08/2000
