Planning a romantic dinner is easy...go to La Luce! The food and service were both outstanding. Wide menu assortment and knowledgable staff. Our waiter reccomended the perfect wine for our meal, and answered all questions without hesitation. Reasonable prices and great atmosphere. I will definitley be back! - Kristine, 11/07/2003

We tried this place for the 1st time and it was EXCELLENT. My wife had a special; penne with lobster. She said it was best tasting Italian food she's ever had. I had the mushroom risotto which was very good. The clam chowder soup and chicken pasta soup were also great which came with the meal (or you can have a salad). We also had 1 appetizer tomato and mozarella, which was very good as well. The bread served at the table was hot and went well with the oil and parmesan cheese. We only had room for one dessert, the tiramisu which was also yummy. I can't believe we ate the whole thing!! The prices were reasonable especially considering the usual 'Chicago style'
