This Edgewater eatery, family-run and decorated with Colombian folk art, offers a variety of mostly Colombian dishes such as empanadas of spinach and mushroom, and white corn cakes topped with cheese and mushrooms. Cuban and Mexican items such as black bean soup served with cilantro and raw onions are available. Large entree portions, almost big enough for two, include arroz con camatrones and beef tongue prepared with green peas in a rich tomato sauce.
