New entry to the University Village Marketplace; menu features sushi, maki, and sashimi. Options include the Kohan Special Dinner, sesame scallops, and filet mignon. Maki and Sushi selection includes Tekka, Unagi, Spicy Tuna, Spider, Dragon, and Rainbow. Cold appetizers include Ebi Su, Spicy Calamari, Salmon Tataki, Tuna Sashimi, and Tuna Hana ($15).
