Open for lunch Mon - Fri; dinner served Mon - Sat; closed Sundays. A fusion of cuisine and flavors is chef Kevin Shikami's specialty. Start with wasabi-laced tuna tartare with spicy hamachi and green papaya salad. An outstanding entree choice is the Alaskan salmon served on a bed of Shanghai bok choi with eel pot stickers. Chocolate desserts are the specialty of pastry chef Cindy Schulman; try the flourless cake, crme brulee, or mousse. Interesting wines are a good match for the cuisine. An austere dining room, punctuated by brushed steel and wood accents, paves the way for outstanding Asian-fusion cuisine. A frequently changing menu (most entrees in the low $40s) may feature sweetish lobster ragout with fresh ginger and papaya, served in a lobster broth with a hint of lemongrass; grilled salmon glazed with a tangy mango sauce and served with red Thai curry, jasmine rice, and pineapple-basil coulis; and roasted pork tenderloin in a marsala sauce with goat cheese polenta,
