This hot dog haven's menu includes an outstanding veggie dog, fries cooked in duck fat, smoked alligator, jalapeno-cheddar pork sausage, bagel dogs, and more. An eclectic clientele features neighborhood kids with parents, suits, students, and everything in between. After a one hour wait outside .. we ordered our food and were seated. A few minutes later, the waiter called our name, and we were in Hot Dog Paradise. The ordering and seating system is just as impressive as the dogs - Doug seemed to put a lot of thought into it. The basic dogs are only $2-3 .. and the Special dogs are $7.50. - wm, 01/08/2012
