Honky Tonk now has a full service bar. Draft beers include Two Brothers and Allagash. We sampled the Beef Brisket - it was delicious, but you have to add a lot of sauce (three sauces are provided). We do not like the fact the stuff is served in baskets .. as this is knife-and-fork territory! Live music on Thursdays. - wm, 02/20/2011

They seem to have live music if not every, almost every, night now. I liked that the meat is served dry so that you can control how much sauce you put on. I had the deluxe platter (just under $20) : pork or brisket (I chose brisket), 1 side (I chose mac n cheese), a sausage and cornbread. Very good. Brisket was soft and yummy, sausage was tasty with kind of a kick first then sweet aftertaste. Good mac n cheese with breadcrumbs and cornbread. Had it with a bloody maria. Tried my boyfriend's ribs and collared greens, good as well. Full house and noisy but that was OK. - jms, 09/23/2011
