With over two decades in the Chicago restaurant business, owner Jim Bee (whose last name translated to Japanese is hachi) brings his cuisine to Logan Square. An extensive menu includes hot and cold appetizers, soups, salads, fresh and tasty sushi plates, individual nigiri, and traditional ice cream desserts to be eaten with a spear-shaped toothpick.
