Friends and I had ticket to the Shubert Theatre and were searching for something close by for dinner prior; with the help of Planet99, we selected 'The Grill Room', located directly across Monroe from the theatre. We are so pleased that we did, the food was outstanding with very reasonable prices for 'the city'. Located across from the Shubert Theatre, this expansive space is a combination of a classic chophouse and casual wine bar. Prime Midwestern beef in a variety of cuts is the menu's focus; other American favorites include double-cut lamb chops, Caesar salad, and oysters Rockefeller.
