From the people who brought you Tango Sur! this eatery offers plenty of steak dishes, along with risotto and eggplant creations. Recommended: start with the empanadas - they have a great variety. Nice wine list.
We stopped by during the big snow storm and were relieved to find that Folklore was open. We started with the beef and corn empanadas, and the eggplant salad. For the main course, we went with the dual filets with spinach mashed potatoes. Dinner was excellent, as was the service. We'd recommend ordering wine by the bottle, as the wines offered by the glass seemed a bit bitter (might have been open for a day or two).
