Menu features banana leaf wrapped salmon, braised short ribs, spicy chicken, pork-filled empanadas, chicken stuffed with red poblanos, and coctel vuelve a la vida; the specialty dish at Cuatro is the Brazilian fish stew.

Nice wine list; good selection of house mixers, including the Howling Monkey mojito.
