Like the original Evanston namesake, this Thai restaurant features reasonably priced standard fare such as stir-frys; spicy wide noodles with shrimp, chicken, veggies, and seasonings; and red curry. Decent food at a good price (most entrees priced at $5.95 and under) may be overshadowed by the un-Thai-restaurantlike decor. Thousands of plastic toys are all over the place, including Pez dispensers lining the walls of the women's bathroom, an entryway adorned with license plates from around the country, and a toy-marble-encrusted host stand. Other displays include plastic fast-food toys in plexiglass-covered cases. Open daily for lunch and dinner, BYOB, no smoking. - Alotta, 09/22/2005

Cozy Noodles is great. Try the mini egg rolls or the crab wontons. But when they say spicy they mean spicy so watch for that. - Jen, 10/09/2003
