Mandy Franklin and Craig Fass have transformed their recently closed Menagerie Restaurant into Cooper's, a more casual spot with the same focus on seasonal dishes. Menu items include carryovers like grilled flank steak and mushroom tart, and are joined by new items like panini-style sandwiches and pizzas like duck confit and pesto.
