The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago's restaurant, this spot boasts a terrific Gold Coast skyline view. A glass-enclosed kitchen offers entertainment as well. The fixed-price menu changes daily; diners must arrive between 12 pm and 12:45 pm for lunch, and 7 pm and 7:45 pm for dinner.
