Open until 11 pm Mon - Thurs; until midnight Fri - Sat. A thoughtful menu features Chinese favorites from many regions. Dishes include Mandarin moo shu, and Szechuan kung pao. Peking duck and Mongolian twice-cooked lamb are available; must be ordered a day in advance. Recommended appetizer: hot and sour soup.
