REVIEWS OF THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY AND WERE EXCITED TO GIVE IT A TRY. WE WERE TREATED RUDELY, ONE MEAL WAS BURNT AND BEFORE WE HAD TIME TO PAY WE WERE HASTILY RUSHED OUT. WE ARE OUTRAGED AT OUR TREATMENT ESPECIALLY AFTER SPENDING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR AN INFERIOR MEAL AND POOR SERVICE/TREATMENT. The cheese cake factory was the best food I had when I was down in Chicago for a weekend. I went there for lunch and dinner on the same day. Plus, they are open later then most restaurants because we didn't eat until 9 or 10 because we were gone all day. Try there Cherry Cheesecake it’s to die for! But it is always packed to get there to get your name on the list right away and maybe while you’re waiting go up in the John Hancock tower in the same building. They have the best apple martini's ever! The food is great and you get way more than you can eat but we have found out that the best time to go is around 4'ish. After that, you will wait, but it is soooooo worth it. I took my kids there twice while we were visiting from Michigan. Great atmosphere, great service, and great cheesecake.
