Wonderful food, great decor,most gracious owner but the wait staff is totally imcompentent. It was so slow we got up and left. Three other visits also had snail paced service. I live in the neighborhood but they ahve lost my business. - Travis M, 01/23/2006

Calo is on of the top 10 resturants in Chicago for food and live music. The best pizza and middle class dining availible. I was able to catch a performance by the Upsession band and what a great group of performers they are. I give calo's an a+ on the report card!!! - Mr. Jackson, 10/02/2001

This is the best Chicago pizza I've had so far, beating out even the stalwarts like Lou Malnatti's and Gino's East. They simply have the best balance of ingredients of any I've tried so far. Best of all, they're open late even on weekdays, past midnight no less. - The Enemy, 12/20/2000
