This upscale Japanese restaurant features a huge sushi bar and a roomy dining area. An extensive menu includes over 30 types of maki, and lighter dishes such as fried oysters, Japanese pumpkin, and eggplant tempura. Other dishes include broiled freshwater eel and black cod with miso. All dishes are beautifully presented. Open daily for dinner. - Alotta, 12/03/2003
The Decor is wonderful, the sushi is the best I have had in a long time in Chicago. Service was superb. It has all the elements to make a great meal even more memorable. - Charles Arnde, 02/27/2002
A big menu offers something for first time and veteran sushi lovers. The food was good and there were
things on the menu I'd never seen before. Prices are typically high. Very trendy decor. Not a problem getting seated without reservations early in the week. - Kawai, 05/25/2001
Excellent sushi in a cool area. Staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is hip without being smug. - Spencer Prahl, 12/27/2000
