A small seating area makes this a frequent lunch stop of area workers, who can choose from a light menu that includes a soup and sandwich of the day, salads and quiche. Wow! What a disappointement in terms of customer service. I orderd a cake and apparently, when I picked it up, the cashier rang up the wrong price and I signed the receipt without checking. Several days later a man claiming to be the owner, calls and tells me (not very politely) that I needed to 'do the right thing' any pay the difference, which I immediately agreed to do. The accusation however, that somehow I was responsible for the mistake was offensive. It was one of the most shocking customer service encounters ever! I WILL NEVER GO BACK ON PRINCIPLE ALONE! - disappointed, 10/03/2005
