I was on the search one sunny August afternoon for an outside cafe and happened upon Bistrot Zinc. What an amazing experience! I sat near the open windows enjoying the baquettes, latte and then the best rose wine I have ever tasted along with a delicious omelette francaise. For dessert I marveled over a wonderful (light!) custard confection in phyllo dough. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxed, the food and wine superb; if you are not in a hurry, this an ideal way to spend two hours in a lovely spot so reminiscent of Paris. - Rosa, 08/16/2006
