I have to say that it has been to long since I've had a real mediterranean meal w/ a French Pivot like the one I enjoyed at Bistro Ultra. Everything from the food to the service was spectacular I've been a customer at this wonderful bistro since the first time I was there last fall and one of the best and most knowledgable servers I've ever had anywhere took care of making my firt experience most memorable and one to repeat... I am under the impression his name is Luis, but I haven't seen him in some time so I don't frequent as often although I still marvel over the food...
