Flew to Chicago from Washington, D.C. to have Thanksgiving dinner at Biggs. We were not disappointed. The menu was great, but the service, hosipitality and upstairs entertainment were unbeatable. This restaurant will promise all kinds of services but will not deliver. We had our wedding reception at their facility in 2003 and were totally dissappointed. In addition, they overcharged our party by $1000.00 and they refuse to give us the money back. This restaurant does not have good business ethics and practices. - Ripped off!, 11/02/2003
