In Greece, we eat meat and seafood like no other. This teppan style of cooking is so unique that nothing is hidden from view. I can criticize and praise openly. Unlike some restaurants where food is prepared in shrouded mystery at the back of the kitchen...I bet you some stuff slips and falls off and get stepped on. There is no way to tell whether it's dirty or not. What goes behind the scene can actually scare the bejeepers out of a thinking person. My fiance and I have eaten at quite a few places in Chicago, but Benihana is definitely one of our favorite restaurants, quite possibly our favorite!
