For a pizzaria with average pizza you'd hope to be treated better by the people on the phone and by the delivery pizza. Pizza DELIVERY usually means that they bring the food up to your condo or apartment. Someone clue in the people of Bellas that the customer schouldn't have to walk downstairs and go out to the street to get their DELIVERY pizza. These people are rude and have no idea what service is.
