Formerly Harvest on Huron, chef Allen Sternweiler has reinvented this spot into a nouveau American cafe. The wood-paneled dining room, separated from the bar area by glass doors, features a seasonally changing menu that utilizes the freshest seafood and local farm products as much as possible. Entrees may include rabbit with a proscuitto-wrapped loin and served with a sauce of Dijon mustard. Customary fare such as bone-in NY strip is also available. Chef Allen Sternweiler uses locally produced ingredients as much as possible for his seasonal menus at this American fine dining restaurant. Ths freshest seafood available comprises dishes such as escolar drenched in champagne accompanied by



wild ramps and jicama-mango salsa, and topped with crab cakes. More traditional dishes include grilled Iowa beef filet. Dinner entrees are mostly in the high $20 to low $30 range; lunch entrees such as burgers and salads are around $15. - Alotta, 06/08/2005
