I have had wonderful food at your restaurant many times, but on July 4 I was disgusted with the customer service. I had called early in the week to make sure your patio was open and I was told it would be, starting at 11. I was meeting friends for a quick lunch and couldn't stray too far from the office so I thought it was a good choice. On July 3 I walked by the patio and asked the hostess, just to make sure, whether



the patio would be open the next day, just to make sure and she assured me it would be, at 11. So we arrived on the Fourth at 11:15 and the chairs were stacked and no one was around. We had to run to another place and gulp our food down because I had run out of time. - Marcia F, 10/24/2005
