Valentines Day will be the launch of our Monthly Wine Dinner series in our restaurant. Each month our culinary staff and wine director design a 4 Course Wine Dinner, featuring the great wines of the world. Light-hearted commentary provided by local and international wine gurus. Our dinner will feature wines from Spain, which have been carefully selected to pair with each of the courses. The dinner is 8 pm-10 pm, $95 per person (not including tax and gratuity), dinner seating is limited, packages must be purchased at time of reservation. The Lounge features special Champagne flights, dessert fondue platters, our regular menu, and live entertainment from 8 pm-11 pm; no cover, lounge tables are first come, first serve, lounge open from 5 pm-2 am. - Rich V, 01/16/2007
