The International Latino Cultural Center of Chicago (ILCC) is currently accepting feature and short film submissions for its 22nd Chicago Latino Film Festival. The deadline for film submissions is December 10, 2005. The Chicago Latino Film Festival takes place April 21- May 3, 2006 in Chicago. The Festival showcases more than 100 feature, short films and videos that reflect Latino culture in Latin America, Spain, Portugal and the United States. Films from other countries will be considered if the director is of Iberoamerican descent, or the subject matter is related to Latino culture. The Festival screens short and full feature films from all genres and forms of filmmaking including narrative, animation, documentaries, experimental, etc. The film submission form can be downloaded at www.latinoculturalcenter.org or it can be requested by calling (312) 431-1330.
