Great summertime hangout. Out back there is a huge and somewhat secluded beer garden w/plenty of shade. Nice beer selection (no Miller products) and really good bar food. It can be pretty dead on the weekdays, especially inside. It's also one of the most smokey bars you'll ever encounter. I think the 'smoke eaters' attached to the celing last worked in 1982. Best of the strip of bars on Southport, and probably my all time favorite. - Steve, 05/19/2005
